All classes purchased online are subject to our Cancellations Policy please take a moment to read this before making your booking.

 

Any cancellations MUST be made by phoning Jennifer on 0401 611 769.

 

Cancellations made within a week of the commencement of the class will forfeit 50% off the paid class fee.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of class commencement forfeit the full paid class fee (except in special circumstances, such as illness/accident, then the teacher may consider making up the lesson).

 

On occasion, Soul Stitches may need to cancel a class due to low booking numbers. We prefer not to do this as we love to teach people, but if we don't cover our costs we can't run the class.

 

In instances where Soul Stitches must cancel a class, enrolled students will be notified 48 hours prior to the scheduled class and will receive a credit for a replacement class or a refund as required..
